Want true intrinsic confidence? Read this…
We all know that Sunday is the day of rest, but it can also be a great way to reset and get ready for the week ahead. Whether you’re looking to relax or just want to start off on a good note, here are some tips for making your Sundays more productive and enjoyable.
Intrinsically confident people are those who have a strong sense of self-worth that comes from within them rather than relying on external validation or sources such as compliments or praise from others. This type of confidence isn’t dependent on external factors; instead, they trust in their own abilities and feel secure in themselves regardless of what anyone else might think or say about them. They also tend to have higher levels of resilience when faced with challenges because they’re able to draw strength from within themselves rather than looking outside for approval or support whenever things don’t go their way.
So how do you become more intrinsically confident? Here are some tips:
1. Embrace your strengths – Everyone has unique skills, talents, knowledge base, etc., so take the time to recognize yours! Focus on the positive aspects of yourself such as your intelligence level, physical appearance, communication style, etc. Doing this will help build up your confidence over time.
2. Practice Self Care – Taking care of yourself physically & mentally will increase feelings associated with being capable & competent which leads to feeling more secure & trusting towards oneself leading to increased intrinsic confidence.
3. Set achievable goals – Setting realistic expectations gives you something tangible to work toward while building up motivation which increases feelings associated with accomplishment thus increasing your overall sense of worthiness & self-esteem.
4. Challenge negative thoughts– We often find ourselves thinking negatively without even realizing it so make sure you challenge these thoughts by replacing them with positive ones whenever possible this helps reduce anxiety & fear associated with situations that would otherwise reduce your intrinsic confidence
5. Celebrate successes – Acknowledge when you achieve a goal or accomplish something that was difficult for you. Celebrating these moments will help reinforce your feelings associated with excellence and capability leading to more intrinsically confident behaviors
6. Surround Yourself With Positive People – Being around positive people encourages good habits like setting high standards for yourself and believing in what you can do. These people can also be a great source of inspiration, think of the TCR visionaries. Visionaries are the TCR Methods’ way of putting our manifestations into a relatable and nearly tangible person or state of being. They are people who are where you want to be, who are doing what you want to do. Here at TCR, we like to think of your visionaries as a mirror to your desired self! We have an entire journal workshop to find those visionaries.
