The Healthy Autumn Edit – Our Favorite Products for Fall 2021
We are officially in autumn! Easily my favorite time of the year. To me, this time of the year is all about new beginnings and is a great time for a good purge. Maybe it’s ingrained in me from childhood from going school shopping, and getting all my new clothes, and supplies. Or maybe it’s the moon? We talking with Megan Mcculer, an intuitive astrologist who explained that in this current season is the perfect time to get organized, get new products, and get rid of the old. This season is a great time to get everything in order, so that includes organizing your phone, your mind, room, and everything in between.
Over the past few days, I have been purging and replacing so I’m going to share with you all of the products I’m loving this season, ranging from skincare and fashion all the way to food.
Skin Care
This is one of my ride-or-die products year-round, but there is just something about applying pumpkin to your face in autumn that just feels right. I use this product whenever I’m feeling dull, and my skin is congested. It’s a clarifying peel exfoliates with pumpkin enzymes to promote a clear and radiant complexion.
You guys, this is one of my holy grail products. I used to struggle with mild eczema and had some dry itchy patches on my inner elbows so I went to a pharmacy in Switzerland and this is the product they recommended. I went home and immediately applied it and within 3 days my eczema was gone. I started going some research on this magical product and turns out you can use it on your face for acne and irritation so I started using it and never turned back. I recommend this product for fall because our skin can get pretty dry and irritated going into these months, mostly if we live in colder parts of the world.
I also have to add that this product is affordable at only $14, and you can pretty much buy it anywhere now. In Europe just about every pharmacy has it, and in the US you can go to Target, Ulta, Walmart, etc.., and online.

When I first saw this oil at Sana Skin Spa in Miami the first thing that attracted me to it was the rich, intense orange color that I absolutely fell in love with. It literally feels like your putting the creamiest vegan butter right on your lips. For me, it’s like a softer dupe of the Glossier balm. A little bit goes A LONG way and it keeps my lips super hydrated all day long. I actually have one that lives on my nightstand and one in my bag.
