When it comes to our morning routine, we like to pull out all the stops! Somedays are definitely different than others but when we have the time, we want to truly take the time, make the most, and enjoy an intentional healing morning routine. We are officially in SUMMER! Easily my favorite time of the year. The sun is out, everyone is smiling, and the streets are buzzing with people. We are officially in autumn! Easily my favorite time of the year. To me, this time of the year is all about new beginnings and is a great time for a good purge. Maybe it’s ingrained in me from childhood from going school shopping, and getting all my new clothes, and supplies. Or maybe it’s the moon?
